This gourmet sweet ‘n spicy sauce can either be used as a marinade or dip. Each bottle has 4 servings. One serving size (5oz) is enough product to cover an estimate of four pork chops. As a dip it will last much longer. You will taste the sweet flavor first and then the spicy kicks in. Just enough to notice but still be enjoyable. Both sweet & spicy are about even to taste. It will also caramelize on the meat as you’re cooking. It has been tested on chicken, pork, seafood, hamburger, steak, fried rice, & stir fry.
